About ClickAntigua
ClickAntigua, accessible at www.clickantigua.com, is an independently operated digital marketplace serving Antigua and Barbuda. ClickAntigua is the platform name; this statement does not represent that it is an incorporated company or registered business.
Accounts and listings
Users must provide accurate information, protect their account credentials, and use the platform lawfully. Businesses, promoters, and advertisers are responsible for the accuracy, rights, legality, availability, and fulfillment of their own listings and offers. ClickAntigua may review, suspend, or remove misleading, unlawful, or inappropriate content.
Orders and event tickets
Prices and availability are shown at checkout or in the relevant listing. Sellers and event organizers are responsible for the products, services, and events they provide unless a listing expressly identifies ClickAntigua as the seller or organizer. Event dates, admission conditions, fulfillment arrangements, and applicable refund terms should be checked before purchasing.
Advertising
Advertising requires a ClickAntigua user account. Campaign placement, duration, price, payment requirements, and approval status must be displayed before an advertiser confirms an order. A submitted or paid campaign is not guaranteed publication: advertisements may be reviewed for compliance. Advertising does not guarantee sales, enquiries, views, or clicks. The proposed four-day minimum and daily rates will apply only once confirmed and implemented in the checkout.
Payments, cancellations and refunds
Payment methods, charges, and any applicable cancellation or refund rules should be shown before payment. Do not assume a booking, order, or advertisement is confirmed until the platform provides confirmation. If a paid advertisement cannot be published, contact support for a review and appropriate refund or remedy under applicable law. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
